In addition to envelopes, our Halm Super Jet Press is capable of high speed production of letterheads, order forms, coupons, flyers and cards. If you are uncertain of what type of envelope to use for your job, an Envelope Chart is included here for reference. If you require envelopes that have tight register and print in more than 2 or 3 colors, it is best to print flat sheets and then convert the sheets to envelopes. If you require Business Reply Envelopes (BRE) they must conform to the US Postal Service requirements. Please use the Template we have provided on our site for reference. It illustrates FIM marks, bars and clear areas that must be free from printing.
