Choose between three apparent resolutions Ð 600 dpi, 1200 dpi or photographic quality 1800 dpi. We also offer a complete line of finishing services, including mounting to foam core, gator board, lexan, sintra board and plexiglass. Approved Applications
QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Pagemaker, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe In Design. While other application programs are constantly being tested, we suggest you contact us before working in any program not listed. PC Users should avoid using True Type fonts whenever possible and call us before submitting any files for production.

Calculating Size
Large format printing is generally priced by the square foot plus design time. To calculate square footage follow this example; 24 inch wide by 28 inch tall graphic (typical poster size) Multiply width times height 24 X 28 = 672; divide this result by 144 = 4.67 sq. ft.

Color & Materials
Request UV inks or lamination to prevent fading if your job will be displayed in direct sunlight. Large Format prints displayed in bright lighting should be produced on matte finish papers and finished with a matte lamination to prevent glare. Inkjet printing exposed to direct moisture or high humidity should be encapsulated, laminated or printed on a wet-strength banner material or other media which is water-resistant such as vinyl.

Images
Images should be scanned at half the desired output size using a resolution of 300 dpi. Example: Desired Output Size - 24 x 36 Scan at 12 x 18 and at 300 dpi.All bitmap images should be Photoshop RGB EPS files at 150 ppi at actual printed size. Include all fonts and embedded image files on disk. Be sure to include all fonts used in embedded Illustrator or Freehand EPS files. Photoshop: Files should be in RGB mode at 150 ppi at actual printed size. Files can be saved as EPS, JPG, TIF or Photoshop native format.Illustrator or Freehand. Embedded images should be Photoshop RGB EPS files at 150 ppi at actual printed size. Windows:All files from Windows should be converted into bitmap RGB image files and saved as TIF or JPG format at 150 ppi actual printed size.Quark XPress 3.0 or greater layouts:Be sure to include all fonts and embedded images on disk.
