Illustration of Business Reply Mail
Minimum size is 3-1/2 x 5. If a card and it is bigger than 4-1/4 x 6, the rate will be for an envelope, not a card. The mail piece must have an aspect ration of 1.3 to 2.5. (not shown at actual size).


FIM (Facing Indentification Marks) must be used on all business reply letter size mail (6-1/8" x 11-1/2" or smaller). (Not required on envelopes over 6-1/8" x 11-1/2".) Top of bars must be within 1/8" of top of envelope.
